What does this statement cover?

The data controller, YEKE Ses ve Organizasyon Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Open Up Office”), can process most of your personal data without your explicit consent: the formation and performance of our contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligations and our legitimate interests are among these legal grounds. These processing activities are explained in thePrivacy Notice and do not depend on your explicit consent.

This statement only covers the processing activities listed separately below that are based on your explicit consent. Giving explicit consent is entirely voluntary; not giving consent, or withdrawing consent you have given, does not affect the services you receive from Open Up Office in any way.

Promotional and informational messages

Processing your name, surname, email address and phone number to send you campaigns, announcements and information about our services by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp. Commercial electronic messages are sent in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the rules of the Message Management System (İYS).

About cookies and external content

This declaration does not cover consent for cookies (including Google Analytics) or for external content such as Google Maps on the Contact page. Those choices are made separately in the cookie notice on our website and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

A note on identity documents

Our services do not require the processing of special categories of personal data such as health, religion or political opinion, and we do not ask for your consent for such data. When sharing a copy of an identity document, if it contains special-category information such as a religion field (e.g. older Turkish identity cards), please cover that field before sending it.

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time without giving a reason. Simply send an email toinfo@openupoffice.com, use the opt-out link in our promotional messages or update your preference via İYS. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
